🎁At Mrs Claus & Co, every parcel is packed with care and a sprinkle of festive magic. Here’s everything you need to know about how your goodies make their way to you:

📦 Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are picked and packed within 5-10 business days of purchase.
  • Please note: This timeframe does not apply to pre-orders, which will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives. Estimated arrival dates are listed on the product pages. Please read our Pre-Order T&C's Policy below.
  • During peak seasons (like Christmas, Easter & Halloween), processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes — thank you for your patience while we work our festive socks off!
  • Delivery takes 2–8 business days, depending on the time of year and how busy our carriers are.
  • We ship using Australia Post and a trusted courier service, selected based on your location and parcel size.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)

Shipping is charged at a standard flat rate of $19.00 AUD at checkout. This may be adjusted after purchase depending on your location (especially if you live in a regional or hard-to-reach area), whether your order includes a bulky item, or the total weight and size of your parcel.

If an adjustment is required, we will send an invoice prior to dispatch to charge you accordingly based on our shipping tiers — minus the standard $19 AUD already paid at checkout.

Shipping Tiers:

1.5kg - 2.499kg $25.00 AUD Medium Bulky
2.5kg - 3.499kg $30.00 AUD Large Bulky
3.5kg - 5kg $45.00 AUD XL Bulky

    • Products classified as ‘bulky item’ will be clearly labelled in their descriptions.
    • If your order exceeds 5kg, we’ll contact you regarding any additional shipping charges and email an invoice as required.
    • By acknowledging our shipping policy at checkout, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the terms outlined above.

    📦 Parcel Handling & Address Changes

    While we take great care in packaging your order for safe delivery, please note that we cannot control how the courier service handles your parcel once it leaves our hands. It’s important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition — and we’ll always do our part to make that happen.

    If your parcel was sent via Australia Post and arrives damaged, you will need to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post. Their policy requires that the customer submit the claim, and they will handle the process with you. Mrs Claus & Co is not authorised to make this claim on your behalf.

    If your parcel was sent via one of our courier partners, please contact us at mrs.clausandco@mail.com. In this case, we will lodge the claim on your behalf and assist you through the process.

    Please note:
    If your parcel is returned to us due to a changed address, and we were not informed of the change before dispatch, you will be required to pay additional shipping to have your parcel resent.

    🎄 Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

    At Mrs Claus & Co, we offer select products on a pre-order basis so you can secure your festive favourites before they arrive. Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order:

    📦 Separate Orders Required

    All pre-order products are treated separately from in-stock items.
    Please place a separate order for pre-order items. If both pre-order and in-stock items are purchased in a single transaction, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to dispatch.

    Estimated Arrival & Shipping

    Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on each product page.
    These dates are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as manufacturing delays or shipping disruptions.

    🚫 No Refunds on Pre-Orders

    By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that:
    • ❌ No refunds will be granted for change-of-mind or any other circumstances.
