Refund policy
We want every parcel from Mrs Claus & Co to arrive in perfect condition — but if something’s not quite right, here’s what to do:
📦 Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at 📧 mrs.clausandco@mail.com if:
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
🧸 Faulty Items (Manufacturer Fault)
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue (not damaged in transit), please contact us at 📧 mrs.clausandco@mail.com so we can assess the fault and assist you directly.
🚚 Carrier Responsibility
Once your parcel is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over its handling.
• If your item arrives damaged via Australia Post, you will need to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post. Their policy requires that the customer submit the claim, and they will handle the process with you. Mrs Claus & Co is not authorised to make this claim on your behalf.
• If your item arrives damaged via our courier partners, please contact us at mrs.clausandco@mail.com — we will lodge the claim on your behalf and assist you through the process.
🔁 Returns
To start a return, please contact us at 📧 mrs.clausandco@mail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🚫 No Change-of-Mind Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
We also do not allow exchanges or returns for pre-order items — please choose carefully.

💳 Put It On Lay-Buy: Terms & Conditions
The following outlines the terms for any Lay-Buy transactions entered into with Mrs Claus & Co:
1. ❌ Cancellation by Seller
We will not cancel a Lay-Buy unless:
- The buyer breaches a term of the Lay-Buy; or
- Mrs Claus & Co ceases trading.
2. ✅ Cancellation by Buyer
You may cancel your Lay-Buy order at any time prior to delivery, or upon delivery if the products are damaged.
Please notify us in writing or, if agreed, orally.
3. 💰 Effect of Cancellation
If a Lay-Buy is cancelled by the buyer, we will refund all money paid within 14 days, less a 20% down-payment.
4. 🧾 Service Fee
Mrs Claus & Co does not charge interest, membership, or service fees on Lay-Buy transactions.
Lay-Buy Financial Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as www.lay-buys.com) charges a once-off admin fee, displayed at checkout.
This fee is paid by the buyer at the time of down payment and is non-refundable.
5. 📦 Delivery
Orders will only be fulfilled and dispatched after the final instalment payment has been received.
